The company operates GrabTaxi, the largest taxi-driver network in the country, with the support of the Land Transport Department. GrabTaxi is available in seven cities including Bangkok, Pattaya, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Ubon Ratchathani and Khon Kaen. Grab launched its first service in Bangkok with GrabTaxi service in October 2013. Grab started its first service with support from the Malaysian taxi sector for its GrabTaxi service in 2012. The company provides transport in 35 cities across Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines.
